Business Workshops & Training Events Find a register for a workshop

The CSUMB SBDC regularly offers basic workshops on an ongoing basis. Anyone thinking about starting a business is encouraged to attend. They are also great refresher workshops for those who have been in business for a while! Workshops are offered at no or small charge. Space is limited and Pre-registration is required.

Protecting Intellectual Property
Entrepreneurship Forum
 

For most startup companies, their intellectual property, including their brand, logo, taglines, documents and innovations, are their most important assets. Those assets need to be protected from competitive infringement. Business owners can learn how to manage and protect their intellectural property at the fall Entrepreneurship Forum set for Oct. 14 at CSU Monterey Bay.

Sponsored by the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development and CSUMB’s College of Business.

This session will feature an industry presentation and a panel of legal experts. Audience members will have an opportunity to interact with the speakers.
